Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods & Refunds

Flowrix.ai provides digital services in the form of lead generation credits. Due to the nature of digital data extraction, we do not offer refunds once credits have been used to generate or download leads.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

If you purchase a subscription by mistake and have not used any credits from that new billing cycle, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting hello@flowrixai.com.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing, and you will retain access to your remaining credits until the end of your current billing cycle.
